At Haxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that returning or exchanging your apparel is as effortless as wearing it.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
